We start with the operating outcome, the constraints around it, and the evidence needed to make a sound technical decision. That may lead to a new agentic system, a narrower use of AI, or a conventional software component.
Every engagement is founder-led. There are no account-management layers between the client and the person responsible for the technical work, from initial diagnosis through implementation and handover.
